Well a new decade is upon us!!!
Then end of 2019 was quite a hectice one and i have kicked of 2020 with a bang!!
On the 19 December 2019, i travelled to Lismore to conduct an Apprehended Domestic Violence Order hearing. I was acting for the defendant who was succcessful in having the ttwo APVO applications against him thrown out. Not only was it a great win for the client but also a number of women the two applications had been abusing online!! We won the case and won a costs order against them, meaning the two applicants had to pay my professional costs.
It was a great win and a great way to finish 2019.
